What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Youth Academy- There is a $100 non-refundable registration fee for the Full/Half Day Camp and GK/Finishing Academy.
College Prep Camp- Outside of 7 days prior to the start of camp: service fee and $50 non-refundable registration fee.
Within 7 days prior to the start of camp: service fee and $75 non-refundable registration fee.
On the day of camp: No refunds
We will only cancel camp if the weather conditions on campus are considered dangerous for our campers and staff. The service fee and $50 are non-refundable.
We must have a written note of cancellation emailed to us. firstname.lastname@example.org You will receive your refund at the end of the camp. Please note that application fees are non-transferable.
Does my son/daughter really need indoor shoes?
What we mean by indoor shoes are shoes other than cleats that can be worn on a turf surface or gym floor.
Where should I drop-off and pick-up my son/daughter?
You can drop-off and pick-up your son/daughter at the campus rec. field.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, all internet applications will receive an immediate reply. Mailed-in applications will receive confirmation via email, provided an email is listed. You must include an email address on the application where indicated to receive confirmation.
How much spending money should a camper bring?
We will have a camp snack bar. We will not have a camp bank. Each camper is responsible for their own money. The amount of money they bring daily depends on the individual.
Where do I send the balance of my payment?
Any balance may be mailed at least 14 days in advance of camp to: MWSA, P.O. Box 584, Fredericksburg, VA 22404. Final payment at check-in is an option.
Are teams welcome?
Yes, teams or groups of individuals (minimum 10) may be placed together. If we only have 10 then we may need to add a few more
individual players to the group to make a complete team.
